By accessing or using IfelixGlobal you agree to these Terms. The platform provides AI image recognition, analysis, translation and multi-currency automation services.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must register with a valid email, verify your email address, and log in before accessing paid features including subscriptions. Guests may browse publicly but cannot subscribe or use quota-bound services. You are responsible for account security.

Subscriptions & Payments

All plans have explicit monthly scan limits. No plan provides unlimited usage — contact sales for custom enterprise arrangements. Payments are processed securely via ATZ Money gateway. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds follow our published policy.

Acceptable Use

You may not upload illegal, harmful or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms or generating excessive load. Results are provided "as is" without warranty of absolute accuracy.

Intellectual Property

Platform IP remains with IfelixGlobal. You retain rights to your uploaded content. Analysis outputs may be used by you for your business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
